How do customers redeem deals?

When a customer claims a deal, they receive a unique QR code via email or text. They show this QR code at your location, and you scan it using your business dashboard to mark it as redeemed. It's quick and easy!

Can I limit how many deals are claimed?

Yes! When creating a deal, you can set a maximum number of claims. Once that limit is reached, the deal will automatically stop accepting new claims. You can also set limits per customer.

What happens if I need to end a deal early?

You can pause or end any deal at any time from your dashboard. Customers who have already claimed the deal will still be able to redeem it until its original expiration date.

How long does it take for my business to be approved?

Most businesses are approved within 24-48 hours. We verify basic business information to ensure quality for our users. You'll receive an email as soon as your account is approved.
