3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your password
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Consumer Terms

As a consumer using LowCoDeals, you agree to:

Use deals only as intended and described
Present valid QR codes for redemption
Not resell, transfer, or share claimed deals
Respect the terms and conditions of each deal
Not engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Deals are subject to availability and the terms set by the participating business. LowCoDeals is not responsible for the quality of goods or services provided by businesses.

5. Business Terms

As a business using LowCoDeals, you agree to:

Provide accurate business and deal information
Honor all deals as advertised
Maintain appropriate licenses and permits
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not post misleading, false, or deceptive offers
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Business accounts are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject or remove any business or deal that does not meet our standards.

6. Subscription and Billing

Business accounts require a paid subscription after the trial period:

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
Payments are processed through Stripe
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the billing period ends
Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LowCoDeals and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post any content you submit.

9. Prohibited Conduct

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOWCODEALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LowCoDeals and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Charleston, South Carolina, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
